A seasoned therapist with over 15 years of experience, Danielle Timmons is no stranger to the mind and the ways in which it can be healed. Her approach to counseling is compassionate and focused.
She will help you learn how to manage symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma and relationship difficulties so that you feel better. And when you feel better, you are able to make better choices that lead to more of what you want and less of what you don’t want in your life. Together, you will identify unhelpful patterns and develop new coping strategies to improve your life. Empowering you to move towards the life you deserve.

She understands the challenges that come with life’s difficulties. She knows from years of training and professional as well as personal experience what it takes to hold a magnifying glass up to your life and turn things around for the better. Her services include individual therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and clinical supervision for master’s level social workers. All services can be delivered both in person and remotely.
